Hi!! *waves* My name is Mai and I joined Fairy Musings in April with my site Incantesimo Raevin. Since I was having fun and saw that FM needed some help I joined as staff to watch over Chenoa. I have been staff at other competitions such as The Rumbles and The Site Fights. I also run my own competition called JOUST. I started back in 1998 but took vacations from competitions as my schooling called for it.

I live in Queens, NY, USA and have all my life. I was basically raised in Brooklyn though and spent a lot of time with my grandmother. My mom works in Manhatten and she would leave me in Brooklyn to go to school. That was for Pre-K to 9th Grade. For HS I went to School in Queens. I obtained a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and an Associates degree in Computer Programming in a college in Long Island. I am really all over NY : ) I currently work full-time and am thinking about going back to school, perhaps just for some certifications in Web Design.

My family is large. We keep in touch with second, third and fourth cousins. Although I am the only child I have 10 first cousins, 6 Aunts and 3 Uncles. Now that's not including my great aunts and uncles! LOL My family is mostly from Puerto Rico. We span parts of Lares, Aguadilla, Arecibo, San Sebastian and more. Mostly on the west side of the Island. We try to see each other at least once a year.

I have two furry children, all black cats named Midnight and Panther. I also have an "adopted" dog named Pumpkin, she is James' (my boyfriend) dog : ) I love animals and I love nature as well. I try to spend as much time just listening to the wind and watching life around me as long as the weather is nice. James and I are looking to have our own place by the end of the year. Hopefully that will work out very well.

In my other spare time I like to watch Ghost Hunters, Heroes, Weeds, Dexter and other Showtime Series : ) I love Horror/Gore films. Saw was great and Hellraiser is top of my favorite movies. As far as books, I like many by Anne McCaffrey and Dan Brown. I also like works by Sharespeare and Emerson.
