Hours
Required to "work" as TL - approx. 1 hour per day to update
scores and email team letting them know the scores are posted and approx.
2 hours on the weekend updating roster, making awards, and updating vote
page for new week.
You will head a team that will be maintained here. You will have to maintain
the team cheer board, deleting old cheers from previous weeks. You will
have to mark the non voters in your group. You take care that all members
participate and show the full spirit of Fairy Musings. HTML Knowledge
and using a graphics program is a must. FTP knowledge is a must.
You will need to add self vote icons, cheer icons, etc, onto the voting
tables each day.
Scores should be posted in a timely manner, before the end of voting the following day. I.E.:: Mondays scores should be up BEFORE Tuesday voting ends.
You will maintain the roster, voting page, awards, spirit points, team mailing list, and team cheer board at the forum.
You will also be required to send in team advancements going to the upper levels at the weekend, through the Staff list.

REQUIRED. We do try to make them at a time that everyone can
get to, and always discuss the time before hand to figure a good schedule
for us all.
Awards, all levels, are made by the Team Leader or Assitant Team Leader, if you have one.

2 hours on the weekend if your TL requests your help.
You, as an assistant team leader, would be required to know how to do all of the above (see Team Leaders), and anything else your Team Leader asks of you. Possibly Awards, team newsletter, etc. HTML and FTP knowledge is a MUST.

This position requires you to know HTML and FTP. You wouldnt do too much unless the Leader goes LOA, or has some problem that requires him/her to be offline for any amount of time. If such is the case, then you would count the votes coming in, check the forum for cheers placed by members, then update the voting table accordingly, and upload to the Fairy Musings server.

position requires you to know HTML and FTP and a graphics program (PSP,
Adobe Photo Shop, etc.).
This position requires at least a couple hours a week to update the pages,
making new games for our members to play,making awards for those members
who have played the games, sending in Spirit Points earned to the Staff
list, and an overall Spirited individual!

The Invitation department is the backbone of Fairy Musings! This department is where we invite new sites to join Fairy Musings, via guestbook or email.
There are pre-made graphics for you to use, if you wish to use them.
3 - 5 sites per week is all that is asked to invite, although you CAN invite more if you are in the mood to do so!

section is very easy. The Topsites run for a full month, and reset to
0 (zero) automatically on the 1st of the month. You will need to keep track of the winners towards the end of the month. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners receive an award. Awards will be made by
you, so you will need to know how to use FTP and a graphics program.

Persons working in this department would be required to help the Leader of the Graphics Arena to design graphics for the members to use on thier sites, such as blinkies, Sig tags and other such graphics.
You may also be asked to help Team Leaders with awards if they need help.

As each members birthday arrives members of Special Occasions will go visit the guestbook of the members having a birthday, leaving a note wishing them a wonderful birthday. can sign their guestbooks or send an E-Card to them.
You are welcome to leave a gift for the members if you wish, but it is not required. Just a note will do. :-)
As our member database grows larger, then we will expand to include Anniversaries, Engagements, new babies, or any other special day for our members!
